How to create or open an application using Visual Studio. NET

Visual Studio. NET appears when you create a project:
Visual Studio. NET cannot create or open an applicationProgram. The problem is probably because the required components are not installed on the Local Web server. Run Visual Studio. NET installer and add web development components.

This problem may be caused by many reasons.

When I encountered this problem,
Modify the virtual path in the SLN file and webinfo file to be consistent with the IIS path)

Run Visual Studio. NET again to solve the problem!
