How to deal with the damaged USB disk

You need: soldering iron and welding material, an extra USB cable, scissor clamp and stripping pliers, small one-word screwdriver, magnifying glass Note (note)

Using a screwdriver, carefully open the U disk shell.

Use a magnifying glass to observe the circuit board and the welded disc. If a PCB is found to be damaged or the solder plate is detached, you may need to seek professional help.

Place the U disk on a hard plane with the interface end facing itself and the pad up.

Use the scissor clamp to cut off one end of the USB cable. If the USB cable is a male head to the male head, then you can cut off either end, or cut off the USB line of the female head end.

Use a stripping clamp to peel four wires per root in a cable to approximately 0.6 centimeters long. If you don't have an extra USB cable, you can also weld a small section of wire on each tip of the damaged USB connector, which is equivalent to making a mini USB cable.

Weld four wires to four pads. Its color is black, green, white and red from left to right respectively.

Plug the other end of the USB cable into the computer, and then wait patiently. If the computer can identify a U disk, it is successful! The disk is still not recognized, you can consider the U disk to the professional data recovery company to deal with.

Don't confuse the lines with different colors, or the files you put on your USB disk will be ruined.
