How to delete and annotate WPS

wps Additions and deletions to annotations method:

Select an article, click Insert-Annotation, get the following window, select a section, or position the cursor somewhere, and then repeat the steps to generate the annotation

Enter the target text in the annotation to express your point of view and speak your purpose.

A crimson annotation indicates the current active annotation, and a dark red indicates an inactive annotation

Click also can add or remove some content, on the screen will give display: here I set the added content is displayed to the annotation, the deletion of the content underlined that the display mode can be set

You can also use review-insert annotations to add annotations, get the same effect, and click Review-Revisions to record all additions and deletions to the document to achieve and note similar effects.

You can click on the revision--the revision option, after the content input completes, clicks the blank place to determine the content. In the change options, you can set the deletions and additions, and you can also set the annotation color or display the author.

To hide annotations, click Review--Show tags--annotate/insert and Delete to hide annotations. Repeatedly click Insert and delete, and the annotation will be displayed again.
