How to delete the middle element and the end element in an array

How do I delete the middle element and the end element in an array?
Has the following array: I would like to do this by deleting the array of the first two arrays that are labeled "." The end elements in the first two arrays are then also deleted. Until it becomes an array with the same subscript as the CCC. Do not know how to operate???
