How to detach and delete an ASM disk group or an asm disk group
1. log on to RAC database Node 1 as an oracle user:
Oracle @ node74: ~> Export ORACLE_SID = + ASM1
Oracle @ node74: ~> Sqlplus sys/xxxxx as sysdba
SQL * Plus: Release 11.1.0.7.0-Productionon Mon Feb 18 14:34:20 2013

------ Instance + ASM1 uninstall ASM disk group DG_ARCH
2. log on to RAC database Node 2 as an oracle user:
Oracle @ node76: ~> Export ORACLE_SID = + ASM2
Oracle @ node76: ~> Sqlplus sys/xxxxx as sysdba
SQL * Plus: Release 11.1.0.7.0-Production onMon Feb 18 14:35:10 2013
