First you need to run Internet Explorer browser, and in tools, click Troubleshoot connection problems.
Eject the Windows XP Network Diagnostics dialog box, select "Do not want to join the schedule Now", and click Next to continue

Click the Tools button in the menu bar of the Internet Explorer page, and the menu opens to click Manage Add-ins
In the toolbars and extensions type, locate the add-in with the name "Troubleshoot connection problems," and click the "Enable" button
Then click the Close button to turn off the Admin Add-ins dialog box
