How to disable the Office Assistant

In software information, I published an article "how to close the Office assistant", which describes how to use the Registry Editor to close the Office assistant. In fact, we can directly disable the Office Assistant in the Office software:

Start Office components such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and click "Help> show Office assistant". An animated assistant image is displayed. Right-click the Animated Image and choose "option ", the "Office assistant" dialog box is displayed. You only need to remove the check box in "use Office assistant" and click the [OK] button to permanently close the Office assistant.
