Solution 1: abort the gwx.exe process
After you press ctrlw.delw.shfitran, we can end the gwx.exe process.
As shown in the following figure, right-click the process and click "end.
In this way, you will see that the desktop update program is no longer available.
Solution 2: disable update prohibition program
We found C: \ Windows \ system32 \ GWX on the computer. The effect is as follows:
Now we can rename the GWX folder and replace it with an empty name.
Solution 3: uninstall and update the Win10 patch
1. Uninstall patches
In the system "start"-"run"-open the Run box, enter "appwiz. cpl" to enter the system control panel, as shown in the following figure;
On the "control panel", click "programs and functions" and click "View installed updates", as shown in the following figure:
Search for Win10 patch updates
Search for KB303558 in the upper right corner. Right-clickUninstall;
Delete the patch and restart the operating system.
2. Disable the Windows Update service.
A. Disable the Windows Update service.
If the server is automatically installed after the next boot, we need to turn off the service now. We also enter servies. msc in start-run as follows.
(1) on the page that appears, find the [Windowsupdate] service in the service. Double-click Properties to edit the service;
(2) then we stop. Or manually --- disable it so that the system will not automatically update it.
