How to display a wide document in a Word document

When you open a Word document, you sometimes find that the document is too wide to display on the screen. You can't always drag a horizontal scroll bar while you're on the line! We can resize the line to fit the document window.

How to display an Word2003 document in the

① Click the Options command in the Tools option in the menu bar.

② The Options page box that pops up, select the View tab, and then under outline view and normal view options, select the Wrap within window check box, and then click OK.

How to display an Word2007 document in the

① Click the Office button and select the Word Options button from the pop-up page box.

② in the Word Options page box that pops up, select the Advanced tab.

③ When you select the Advanced tab, pull down the scroll bar to the right, so that the interface stays in the Show Document Content option group, and then select the text Wrap in document window in the group, and then click OK.
