How to display formatting in word2013

the steps to display the format are as follows:

Step one: Open the Word2013 document window, and click the file → options button.

Step two: In the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Quick Access Toolbar tab, click the Select commands from the Drop-down triangle button, and in the Drop-down menu, select the command not in Ribbon option.

Step Three: Select the display format option in the command list, and then click the Add button to add the command to the Quick Access Toolbar list and click OK.

Step four: Return to the Word2013 document window, select all the document contents or part of the text, and then click the Show Formatting button in the Quick Access Toolbar.

Step Five: The formatting that is included in the selected Word document appears in the Open Display Formatting task pane.
