The root cause of the problem lies in two files: tcsh.1.0.0.5. (376). dll, xlcloudsh.1.0.0.5. (376). dll (numbers are arbitrary)
Analysis:
When the file is started, it is loaded in the explorer process and connected to the Internet in serial mode. However, at this time, the system cannot connect to the network, this leads to slow startup, long black screen boot time, and slow desktop icon display ........

 

Open the Registry (enter Regedit in operation) and delete the registry entries loaded by the two files.

Item Name: 0 tortoisecloud, 000 xlcoud
