How to display styles in Word 2013 Document outline view

In the Word2013 document, you can follow these steps if you want to be able to display the styles applied to each paragraph in outline view:

Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, and click the file → options button, as shown in Figure 2013081017.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Advanced tab, in the display area, modify the value in the Style area pane width in draft and outline view edit box to be greater than 0 (for example, enter a value of 4) and click OK, as shown in Figure 2013081018.

Step 3rd, return to the Word2013 document window and switch to the view ribbon. Click the Outline View button in the document view group to see the style of the current Word document in the document outline view, as shown in Figure 2013081019.
