1. Open the presentation, select the export option in the list on the left side of the File window, select the Package presentation as CD option in the middle pane, and then click the Package for CD button in the right pane, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Open the Package for CD dialog box, and the files to be copied list box will display all the files that need to be packaged, as shown in Figure 2. If you need to add additional files, click the Add button to open the Add File dialog box, and then select the files you want to package together, as shown in Figure 3.

3, click the "Add" button to close the "Add Files" dialog box, the selected document is added to the Files to copy list box in the Package for CD dialog box, and click the Options button to open the Options dialog box and set the individual settings, as shown in Figure 4. When you finish setting up, click OK to close the Options dialog box.
