How to download documents in any format from Google Docs

Since Google Docs can upload documents in any format in batches, many people think that it is the legendary Gdrive. Through its "Share to everyone" function, it can be used as a network hard disk. Especially after Dropbox is walled, Docs has become one of the only trustworthy network storage sharing services.

However, when using Docs, I found that when I want to download a document in a non-"MS Office/Open Office/PDF" format, for example:

The following dialog box appears:

The system prompts that the document cannot be scanned for viruses. Even if I click "Download anyway", the Error 404 will occur.

How can we download these non-"MS Office/Open Office/PDF" documents?

As we know, any file we open through Docs will be automatically saved to All items:

In this case, we select the document to be downloaded:

Right-click and choose "Export…" from the context menu ......", A "Convert and Download" dialog box is displayed:

After clicking the "Download" button, Docs automatically packs the selected document:

After the package is completed, the download dialog box is displayed automatically:

In this way, we can smoothly download non-"MS Office/Open Office/PDF" documents stored in Docs.
