In this paper, a three-line table is generally required, that is, the table can only have an upper border and a lower border, and a smaller border must be added under the header line, which is a three-line table. The production method is as follows (I use Word 2003 ):
1. Click the "field" icon in the upper-left corner of the table (it will appear when you hover your mouse over the table) and select the entire table.
2. Right-click and select "table auto format" in the menu. A window is displayed.
3. Click "new" on the right side to create a new style. A window will pop up asking you to set the style attributes.
4. The pop-up window.
You can enter the "name" field as needed. Here we enter "three-line table ".
"Style-based" allows you to add new attributes based on existing styles. Here, we can select a regular table.
5. focus on the "apply format" column. First, select "entire table" and set the upper and lower boxes of the table (click the "field" mark in the figure ), you can set the box type and width in the two drop-down menus on the left.
6. After completing the preceding settings, reselect the "apply format" column, select "header line", set the bottom line of the title line, and set the frame line type and width as required.
7. Click "OK" after setting and then click "application". The current table will be applied to the three-line table style.
8. For other tables, you only need to apply the style directly to the "three-line table" in the list without creating a new style after step 1.
(Note: Sometimes the setting is not very easy. For example, you can set the three lines to the same width. In this case, you can apply them directly after step 1 and then modify the "three-line table" style, directly perform step 1 and then apply it. Set step 2 and step 2 respectively, and the application should be able to solve the problem .)
