This is a spam advertisement page designed by a Telecommunications Company for greater benefit. This page is displayed every time a domain name is entered incorrectly or has not been resolved!

Solution

We solve this problem by setting (or changing) the DNS server.

Windows XP: Right-click a network neighbor, right-click a local connection, and select Properties> TCP/IP protocol, and set the DNS server to 8.8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Windows 7: Right-click Network Properties → right-click Local Connection Properties → TCP/IP V4 → properties → set DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Note: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are Google's DNS servers.

In this way, there will no longer be annoying advertisements!
