How to enable Java in Chrome on CentOS

It is uncommon but necessary to enable Java on chrome, such as the soluvm vn management tool, which imitates the access to the serial console.

1. Go to the chrome installation directory and run the which command to view: which google-chrome. My chrome installation directory is/opt/google/chrome

2. Go to the plugins directory and create one if not. I spent a lot of time in this step. There are many posts on the internet saying that this directory is entered, but I don't know why. Finally, I created one with a try. I did not expect it to succeed.

3. Find a ready-made or downloaded jre and check whether the file libnpjp2.so exists.

4. Create a symbolic link under the plugins directory.

Ln-s/usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.7.0 _ 05/jre/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so.
