How to enable winxp iis service to install Z-blog locally

SP2, through online query, we found that enabling IIS service on Windows Professional edition should be a simple task. Now Z-blog on my computer is installed, however, many complicated problems have been encountered during the installation process. Therefore, we recommend that you use Windows Server versions such as Windows2000 or Windows2003, which require high requirements or save time, because simulating a server on WINXP is really not worth the candle. However, most Z-blog users use WINXP and do not intend to install other systems. So I will share with you the installation process. If you encounter the same problem during the installation process, check whether the problem can be solved through the method provided by me.
