How to encrypt and unencrypt a Word 2010 File

1. Open Word 2010 and select "file" -- "information" -- "protection document" in the upper left corner ";



2. Click "protect document" and select "encrypt with password ";



3. Enter the password;



4. Enter the password again;

 

 

5. The page after completing the settings is as follows;



6. You must enter a password to open this file later;



7. To cancel the password, open the file when you know the password, and repeat the password setting process. When you enter the password, set it to null (that is, do not enter the password ), you can cancel the encryption.
