How to export the organizational structure in HR to a Visio model diagram?

1. Use the Visio Wizard to export the organizational structure:

As shown in, open Visio and click "organization chart wizard". The page shown is displayed:

Select the first item and click "Next ".

There are three data sources for exporting the Visio structure diagram:

This list box sets the paging mode of the organization chart in Visio. There are several records, and the exported Visio diagram will be displayed on several pages. For some large organization trees, it is usually displayed in multiple pages, you may be more clear. Click "finish" to export the expected organizational structure,

By now, the organization chart has been exported through the Wizard. It is very intuitive. More information can be displayed on the chart, such as the department leader, Department number, and position, all information in the organization table can be displayed here.
2. Export the structure diagram of visio through programming:
In Visio, in addition to Wizard export, a command line tool orgwiz is also provided to export the Visio diagram through the command line. As a result, we can easily integrate this function into the HR system, adding a icing on the cake to the HR system.
