How to extract PDF text

First run Adobe Acrobat X Pro software and open the PDF document you want to extract text from, as shown in the following illustration:

Navigate to the page you want to extract the text, select, click the right button to see, the current page is a picture, as shown in the following image:

On the right side of the Adobe Acrobat X Pro software toolbar, locate the tool in turn-the recognized text, as shown in the following illustration:

Click "In this file", pop-up Recognition text window, in order to facilitate, I chose the current page, set the content generally do not need to set, if necessary can click Edit, change settings items, as shown in the following figure:

When you click OK, the software automatically analyzes the current page and then automatically recognizes the text, as shown in the following illustration:

When the recognition is complete, it still stays on the current page, but when you select the text again, you can see the familiar copy, or select "Export the selected item to ..." as shown in the following illustration:

After the copy is complete, paste it into a text document or where you need it, as shown in the following image, the text in the PDF is extracted.
