WORD2013 document properties include the author, title, subject, keywords, and so on, where the keyword attributes belong to one of the Word document properties. You can easily manage Word documents by adding keyword attributes to the Word2013 document. To add a keyword to a Word2013 document property, the following steps are described:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window, and click the file → info button. Click the Properties button in the Open Info tab, and select the Show Document panel option in the Open Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 2013080412.

Step 2nd, open the document panel in the Word document window, enter the keyword in the keyword edit box, and click the Save button, as shown in Figure 2013080413.

Word Home tip: If you view the Word document properties with the above added keyword by right-clicking in the Computer window of the WINDOWS8 system, the tag option is the keyword, as shown in Figure 2013080414.
