In the Control Panel-Program, click Enable or disable Windows features;

On the left, locate services and Applications-internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, click Enter;

Fill in the FTP site name, after setting up the FTP content directory, click the OK button, then click Next;

We go back to the FTP site to add wizards, set bindings and SSL. Search for firewalls in Cortana, and click Enter to allow apps through Windows Firewall;

Tick the list of FTP servers before the check box, tick click OK to complete the setup;

In the Address bar enter ftp://[your computer's IP address] (the author here is ftp://192.168.1.251), enter to access;

I need to assign two users access to the FTP server, so I created two new accounts, respectively, FtpUser1 and FtpUser2.
