This problem occurs primarily on Outlook2010 clients, because the previous Outlook version does not display the mailbox domain name @xxx.xxx, only the mailbox user name is displayed. First step: View the current Default domain Address policy, currently contoso.com.cn

Step Two: View the Outlook current mail address display name:
