How to close the pop-up window by clicking close outside the window of flex

When popupmanager is used to pop up a custom window, closing the window is a common operation. In the non-mode pop-up window, you need to close the window in the area outside the window.

Flex has a mouse event that can handle event responses outside the window. This event is mouse_down_outside, which is not very commonly used. Add this event to the pop-up window:
