1, open to compress the PPT, click the "File" button, in the Jump to the panel select "Save As", and then double-click its right side of the "Computer" option.

2, the "Save as" dialog box will pop up, select "Compress Picture" under Tools, and then set the compression option and target output in the "Compress Picture" dialog box, and then confirm it after completion.

3, back to the Save As dialog box, we select the address to save the file, and give the presentation name, and then save it.
