How to convert a Word document to a PDF document using wps

1. First, we need to convert the word file, use the wps software to open it, and then click "save as" in the "wps text" drop-down menu.

2. When we point to "save in another", there will be a menu on the right. Here we select "output as PDF" as shown in the figure.

3. Now, select the location where the output PDF file is saved.

4. Now, click "Advanced". Here, the conversion pdf is displayed, which requires conversion or some unnecessary conversion content.

5. If you want to set a password for the pdf file, you only need to click permission settings to enter the password.

6. After the settings are complete, click "OK". Then, you will find the file you just exported when you choose to save the pdf file. The PDF file must be viewed by a pdf reader.
