How to convert a Word document to a PDF file

1. Use word to open the pdf file to be processed, and then click "file"-"Save as" in the word office menu, as shown in the following figure.

2. Click save to the specified location on the left, as shown in the following figure.

3. As shown in the following figure, select pdf as the storage type from the drop-down menu.

4. You can set the format or default value here.

5. Click the "options" button next to it to perform relevant settings.

6. Now, click "save".

7. In this way, your word document becomes a PDF file. Open it and check it.
