How to convert a Word document to a TXT file

1. Open the word document to be processed, as shown in the following figure.

2. Click the "file" menu in the upper left corner of the word.

3. Click "save as" in the upper-right corner, as shown in the following figure.

4. A window will pop up. There is a top menu in the storage type below. You can select plain text. Then, select the storage location.

5. Here we will pop up and choose to save the encoding. We can do it by default.

6. After specifying the Directory, we can see that the word file has changed to a txt file. It is useful to put it on your mobile phone.
