How to convert a slide to a Web page under the Linux platform

Friends who often touch the presentation want to be able to browse multi-page presentations in a Web page. I'll take the RedOffice office suite as an example of how the Linux platform translates professional slides into Web pages and Web page browsing.

The following methods are implemented: Opens the presentation document, executes the Tools-web page Navigation command, and enables Web page browsing for multi-page presentations through the four steps "Choose Settings Template," "Enter information about the page," "Select button style in Web pages," "Set the color pattern for a page."

Select Design Template

In the Output as HTML dialog box that pops up, select the mode of the Web page that you want to generate. Here are two options, if this feature is used for the first time, you can select only a new design template, or if you have already used this feature, and you have saved your own Design Web page template, the existing design template appears in the list box of the extant design template, and you can choose the Web page browsing template that you have designed. In this way, a previously designed web style can be applied entirely or selectively to the settings generation of the current Web page browsing.

Then select the distribution of the output Web page, such as the standard HTML format, or the HTML format of the box object.

Enter information about home page

When you have selected the Web output, click Continue to enter the home page, as shown in Figure 1, to enter the author, e-mail address, home page address, and additional information for your presentation. The information entered here will be displayed on the homepage of the Web page.

Select button style in Web page

Click "Continue" to go to the button style settings page. For a home page with multiple pages, you need to have a button that jumps to another page-click the button to jump to the next page. Figure 2 shows a selection of four button styles.

Set the color pattern in a Web page

Enter the page background color, text color, link color settings page, as shown in Figure 3, select the "Custom color pattern" option, according to the preferences of the page to set the color pattern, so that the page more personalized.

Then click the Text button to select the color of the text in the page in the pop-up Color dialog box. Click the hyperlink button to set the color of the hyperlinks in the page. Click the link in Use button to set the color of the link you are using. Click the links that have been visited button to set the color of the links that you have visited. Click the Background button to set the back color of the page.

When you are finished, click Finish to complete the Web page browsing settings for your presentation document, and you can automatically open your Web browser to browse multiple pages of your presentation.
