How to convert movie clips to animations

It is very undesirable to drag the best video you are watching as a chat material directly into the window. Because the general video format is very space-intensive, and the resolution is at least VCD or DVD level (PAL format VCD resolution of 352x288 pixels, DVD resolution of 720x576 pixels), even if only a few seconds, there will be more than a few megabytes. Dragging them into the chat window will be a big test of the receiver's speed. The specific method is to open the video file to be intercepted with QQ, start the "animation" tool from the toolbox, set the screen size to "small picture", with the slider to determine the beginning and end of the capture animation position, set up, click the previous "Save" button, you can save the selected video clip as GIF animation (Figure 1).

In addition to the need to convert video files to GIF format, there are many interesting animations on the site that are Flash format, and the file names are usually SWF, and these are the materials we can often use.
