How to convert PPT 2010 to video format

1. Open the PPT converter, click the "add" button, and open the folder. Select and open the specified PPT slides to import them to the software. Not only PPT2010, but other versions such as 20032007 can be added.

2. After the PPT is successfully added, the buttons for other functions become editable. You can preview the slides in the preview window in the upper-right corner. You can set the video and audio quality levels below the software. You can skip this setting (the file size increases when the level is higher ). Set the "output path" of the video ".

3. Next, we will add background music for the PPT. Click "custom" to go to the settings page. Select "demo"> "background music", as shown in the figure. Add any audio format on the local computer. You can select multiple audio formats as needed. When playing a single music, you can set the loop to play the music and select the loop option.

4. Select the video format to be output, and click the "preset scheme" drop-down button to open the drop-down menu, as shown in the following figure. The format is complete and you can select whatever you want. Here I chose the mainstream network video format FLV.

5. OK. After the settings are complete, click the Start button in the lower-right corner of the software. Then, a dialog box is displayed, prompting you to "close all open ppts and PPT programs, do not open or close the PPT during conversion. Otherwise, it will fail. Click OK to convert the PPT to a video.

6. The PowerPoint file is successfully converted to a video! As shown in the figure, the conversion information is displayed. Click the blue path text under "output directory" to open the specified folder. The converted video is saved in it. Click "play Video". The player immediately starts playing the video.
