In the Word2007 document, there is a feature that quickly converts text to a table, and the key is to use the separator symbol to separate the text reasonably.
Word2007 can recognize common delimiters, such as paragraph marks (for creating table rows), tabs, and commas (for creating table columns). For example, for multiple paragraphs of text that have only paragraph marks, Word2007 can convert it to a single, multiline table, and for text with multiple tabs or commas in the same text paragraph, Word2007 can convert it to a single, multiple-column table, including multiple paragraphs, Text with more than one separator can be converted to a table with multiple rows and columns.
The steps to convert text into a table in Word2007 are described below:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document, add paragraph marks and delimiters for the text you want to convert to a table (the most common comma delimiter is recommended, and the comma must be an English half-width comma), and select all the text of the table that you need to convert, as shown in Figure 1.

Tip: If different paragraphs contain different delimiters, Word2007 creates different columns for different rows based on the number of delimiters.
Step 2nd, click the Table button in the table group in the Insert Ribbon, and select the Convert Text to table command from the Open Table menu, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3rd, open the Convert Text to Table dialog box. The number of columns in the conversion generation table appears in the Number of columns edit box, if the number is 1 (and should actually be more than one column), the delimiter is not used correctly (the Chinese comma may be used), and you need to return the steps above to modify the separator. In the AutoFit action area, you can select the fixed column width, adjust table by content, or adjust table by window selection box to set the width of the table columns that the transformation generates. In the text separator area, automatically select the separator used in the text, if it is not correct, you can select it again. Set Finish Click OK, as shown in Figure 3.
