In the previous version of Exchange Server2007, managing the mail address Book was a very frustrating task (especially in a large number of member-agency management), and administrators had to manually update them. Instead, Exchange Server2007 provides a new feature-----dynamic distribution group. Its proposed, greatly simplifies the management of the directory complex procedures.

The Exchange Server2007 Dynamic Distribution Group is a dynamic address book that can be changed as a member's organization changes. These distribution groups enable active Directroy Active Directory group object queries instead of just creating a list of recipients.

A dynamic distribution group can query the properties of a specified object user by querying an Active Directory Activity directory group. For example, if you want to create a dynamic distribution group that contains all of the recipients who live in Miami (Florida), you will create a query that uses the "city" as the associated attribute. The "city" attribute of any user object that contains the word "Miami" will automatically be added to the exchange's distribution group.

Exchange Server2007 is a property based on Active Directory Active Directory, so it takes effect only when the properties of different object users are associated. It is also important to constantly update the properties of the object user to ensure its effectiveness.

Many of the Windows systems currently in use, such as Exchange Server2007,longhorn Server, Windows Vista, even to some extent Office2007, are more frequently used in active Directory activity catalog. So if necessary, take the time to correlate or update the user properties of the objects in Active Directory activity directories.

The conditional part of the screen is that you update the recipients in your distribution group from the specified state and province.
