The method for creating an intranet on the lingke router is very common for a home or office. However, many people do not know how to use a vro to build a network, this is what we want to talk about today. Here we take the lingke router as an example. To create a LAN, we generally use ADSL cats, routers, and switches. For home users, only the first two devices are available. 1. First, connect the power supply of each hardware device according to the specifications of each product. Then, insert the telephone LINE into the LINE port of ADSL cat and connect it with the WAN port of the router using the network cable, connect the router's LAN port switch UpLink port with a network cable. Home users connect directly to the computer. Generally, there are four vrouters, which are enough for domestic users. Www.2cto.com 2. Set the IP address and DNS address of each computer to automatically obtain the IP address. Run ipconfig at the DOS prompt. If the IP address similar to 192.168.1X is obtained and the gateway is 192.168.1.1, this indicates that the vro works normally. If you cannot obtain the IP address, you must manually set it. You must know the DNS server address of the network provider in advance. Otherwise, you cannot access the Internet. 3. Open IE browser on your computer and enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. The logon dialog box is displayed. Enter the user name and password respectively in the user and password blocks To Go To The vro management interface, the WAN connection option is available in the configuration menu. This is the working mode. Generally, the home user selects PPPoE, that is, dial-up access. 3. If your broadband access method is ADSL, select the WAN port connection type as PPPoE and enter the Internet account and password provided by the broadband provider, if you are a yearly subscription user, select automatic connection. After the vro is powered on, the user can directly access the Internet by dialing the number. If it is a package or a traffic user, manually dial the number, just in case. 4. After configuration, click the running status on the management interface. On the WAN port of the running status page, you can view the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, DNS, and other information, this indicates that the vro has been successfully numbered and can access the internet. If you manually set the IP address of the computer, enter the DNS server address in the corresponding location of the Computer lnternet Protocol (TCP/IP) page. Www.2cto.com 5.
