How to customize Excel view mode

To set specific display settings on a worksheet, such as row height, column widths, cell selection, filter settings, and window settings, and print settings (margins, paper size, headers and footers, and worksheet settings, and so on) are saved in a particular view, and the user can customize the view mode after setting the following actions:

On the View tab, in the Workbook view group, click the Custom View button, as shown in the figure:

Click the Add button in the Open View Manager dialog box to open the Add View dialog box, where you enter the name of the view in the Name text box, which is included in the view. Column to select the check box for the included settings, click OK to complete the operation, as shown in the figure.

The customized view is added to the View list box in the View Manager dialog box. If you want to apply a custom view, click the Customize View button again, open the View Manager dialog box, select the view you want to open, and click the Show button to display a table that was not made when you customized the view, as shown in the figure:
