Windows XP and Windows 20,001 can act as HTTP servers, mail servers, and FTP servers, so when Windows XP starts, many services are started, and there are many services that are completely useless for our average users. So it's a good choice to turn them off.

Right-click My Computer, select Management/Services and applications/services, and then disable the unwanted service components.

Some services are required by Windows XP and will crash after shutdown. Check the details to confirm and then prohibit.
