How to display the Quick Launch bar in a Windows 10 system

1. On the Windows 10 taskbar, we right-click on the taskbar blank and click the right mouse button---> Toolbar---> New toolbar opens, as shown in the following figure;



2. After that we enter this path in the open folder and press ENTER:
