Most of the time, we need to insert some pictures in Word documents, but how to deal with them is a more complicated problem. For example, now you need to set it to center, if a manual setting center, then the low efficiency is conceivable, there is no way can be completed in batches?
We can do this in two different ways, with Word 2007 as the main and with Word 2003 as an appropriate description:
1. Embedded picture
If the picture in the document is selected, 8 black control blocks appear around it, as shown in Figure 1, which means that the pictures are embedded.
Figure 1
For embedded pictures, whether Word 2007 or Word 2003, you can open the Find and Replace dialog box directly, set the Find what to ^g, and then position the cursor in the Replace text box, and then click the More button, where you can see the search options, formatting, Special formatting, select Frame from the Drop-down menu in the format, set the horizontal position to center, then return to the Find and Replace dialog box, and then click the Replace All button to take effect (see Figure 2).

2. Surround-style picture
If a picture in a document, as shown in Figure 3, appears surrounded by 8 blue control blocks (Word 2003 is white), then it means that the pictures are wrapping.

①word 2003
For bulk processing of wrap-around pictures, you first need to select a picture in the document, the Picture toolbar is automatically activated, and then right-click to select Custom, as shown in Figure 4, to add the command "Select multiple objects" to the Picture toolbar.

Next, we can click this button, it will pop up the dialog box shown in Figure 5, you can see that the default selected here is of course the selected picture, now just click the Select All button here to select all the pictures in the current document.

②word 2007
The operation is basically similar to Word 2003, and we still need to open the Word Options → customize dialog box, first set the Select command from the following location to all commands, and then find, and add it to the Quick Access Toolbar. You can quickly select all the wrapping pictures in the document with this button (see Figure 6).
