How to generate a public and private key for Git

One, Git Windows client side (msysgit) download

Download Address: http://code.google.com/p/msysgit/

Second, find Git from the Start menu click the git Bash popup command line form, as shown below:

C. Type the command:

$ ssh-keygen-t Rsa-c "your email address"

Four, enter the key name after the return

Enter here: C:\\mykey\\key where key is the key file name

Then we will call the password, enter the password and confirm the password, our key is generated.

At this point we can see the key we just generated in the C:\\mykey directory:

This is the time to use the key.
