Page breaks are primarily used to force pagination at any point in the Word2013 document, so that the content behind the page break is transferred to a new page. Using page break paging differs from Word2013 document automatic paging, page breaks contextual files are always on two different pages and are not merged into one page with font and layout changes. Users can insert page breaks in the Word2013 document in three different ways:
Mode 1: Open the Word2013 document window and position the insertion point where you want the page to be paged. Switch to the page layout ribbon. Click the Separator button in the Page Setup group and select the page break option in the open separator Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 2013072515.

Mode 2: Open the Word2013 document window and position the insertion point where you want the page to be paged. Switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the page Splitting button in the page group, as shown in Figure 2013072516.

Mode 3: Open the Word2013 document window and position the insertion point where you want the page to be paged. Press the Ctrl+enter key combination to insert a page break, as shown in Figure 2013072517.
