How to insert vertical Chinese page numbers in Word 2013

In Chinese classical books, the page numbers are usually in vertical format in Chinese. The user can easily insert the Chinese page numbers in the vertical format in the Word2013 document to produce a Word document of the ancient style, as described in the following steps:

In step 1th, open the Word2013 document window and switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the page Number button in the Header and footer group, in the Open menu, point to the Margins menu, and in the Open Margin panel, select the large (left) or large (right) option for normal numbers, as shown in Figure 2013080216.

Step 2nd, open the Header and Footer Tools Ribbon, click the page Number button in the Header and Footer group, and select the Format page numbering option in the Open menu, as shown in Figure 2013080217.
