How to install the Subversion plug-in on the Jira Server

Install the svn plug-in so that Jira can regularly access the svn server. Jira must have SVN access permissions.
We did not notice this before, and the plug-in has not been fully installed successfully:
Main error [plugin. Ext. subversion. subversionmanagerimpl] connection to subversion repository SVN: // localhost/repo1 failed
The SVN we installed adopts the LDAP authentication permission, while username and password are randomly written during plug-in configuration, and do not exist in the LDAP server.
If you do not want the Jira SVN plug-in to have a real user account and password, you can modify the Apache configuration to provide Jira with a URL without permission authentication.
