Select all the data, then click "Insert" → "chart", select "Column Chart", click "Confirm".

After a basic pattern of the column chart appears, we then need to enter the data to change the column shape to what we want. Empty the space after the chart data area in the top column of the edit box, click the space on the mouse, and then select all the y-axis data so that the y-axis data is entered into the blanks.
