How to make a flowchart in ppt2007:
Open the PPT where you want to insert your organization chart, then click Insert on the top menu bar, and then click SmartArt on the toolbar below to see the following figure:
On the Select SmartArt graphic window that pops up, select Hierarchy, and then click the left mouse button on the top left icon to insert an organization chart:
Enter the appropriate information in each box as needed, see figure below:
If you need to enter more than a sibling structure, you can click the right mouse button to select any text box, in the Pop-up shortcut menu, select Add Shape add shape or add shape before, see the following figure:
If you need a new organizational structure above a text box, you can right-click the text box, and then, on the shortcut menu that pops up, select Add Shape or add shapes below, as shown in the following illustration:
