⑥ in the Set data series format interface, in the Series Option tab, change the first sector starting angle to 270.
⑦ then click the Layout tab and click on the data label--the data label. Click on the other data label options.
⑧ in the Label option, select the category name and set the separator to a line break.
⑨ the lower semicircle to a white fill, consistent with the background color.
⑩ the next semicircle data label to delete, as well as some unwanted parts, finally completes the semicircle pie chart production.
