The first step is to make a PNG image of the size 16x16 size, which can be designed with Photoshop and other image processing tools, then saved on the local computer, made with ICO online or using the IconWorkshop tool to make the ICO icon. The ICO icon is named: Favicon.ico

The second step, upload the Favicon.ico file to the root directory of the Web site, and in the source code

The third step, upload the modified Web file to the server, and then open it with a browser to see the URL in front of their own design of the ICO icon.
