Operation Process:
1. Use the new command of the File menu to create an RGB file with a black background and a 12x6cm size.
2. Open the Channels (channel) panel and click the "Create New Channel" button at the bottom of the panel to create a new channel alpha 1.
3. Set the foreground color to white, and then use the Text tool to enter "Neon word" three words and move the text to the center of the background. Press Ctrl+d to cancel the selection.
4. Click the Blur item in the Filter menu, execute the Gaussian blur filter, and set the RADIUS value to 3.
5. Drag the Alpha 1 channel on the channels panel onto the "Create new Channels" button on the bottom to copy the Alpha 1 channel and the new channel to Alpha 2 channel.
6. Execute the calcuclations command of the Image menu, and the result of the channel operation is saved in the new channel Alpha 3 channel. The Calculations dialog box is set as shown in the following figure.
7. Click the Adjust command on the Image menu, or press the Ctrl+i key combination to reverse color the image.
8. Click the RGB Channel on the channels panel or press ctrl+~ to switch to the color channel.
9. Ctrl-click the Alpha 3 Channel to install Alpha 3 channel.
10. Select the linear Gradient tool in the Toolbox and double-click to open its Options panel and select gradient for transparent Rainbow.
11. Press the SHIFT key while dragging the mouse over the image to make a horizontal gradient of the text selection.
12. Press Ctrl+d key combination to cancel the selection, the completion of neon word production.
