How to open a file with an illegal file name under Windows

Last night from the Ubuntu system copied a file to the Windows partition (HDD dual system), this file name is: "2012-08-07 15:34:43 screen capture." PNG. "

As we all know, the file name under Windows is not allowed to include special characters such as ">, <,:,/:". So I tried a variety of ways and could not open this file, including:

1.F2 renaming

2. Use CP 2012*.png A.png

3.WinRAR operation

4.WinHex Open and save

5.IceSword and XURTR copy files

6.ACDSee Access

Unfortunately, all of the above operations failed. The Windows system was doing other tasks and was not able to reboot, and I was anxious to use the file. But to come up with a strange trick:

Use FinalData to open the D disk partition, rename the file by FinalData, and then restore it:

However, the filename in Windows Explorer has not changed since FinalData was renamed.
