Second, download the map

start water via note Universal Map Downloader, enter "PI" in the query location.
Click the "Search" button to see the administrative boundaries of the county, double-click within the administrative boundary to start the new task.
in the Level list, you can choose any level, but generally the city chooses level 19, the suburbs choose level 16 than the ideal, but before the choice of levels, it is best to check the online map to see if the level of data you want to download, here we take the 18 level for example. After selecting a good level, click OK to start the download.
when the download is complete, a dialog box asks if you want to export now, select Yes, and then display the Export Picture Data dialog box, as shown in.
in this dialog box, you do not need to make any settings, click the "Output" button to export the data by default parameters.
The default export path is "D:\SGDownload\ not named _ stitching [default]\l18".
Third, open the map
start Supermap Deskpro 6, create a new data source, or open an existing data source, as shown in.
after the data source has been started, import the imagery data. Right-click the data new "test" data source, select Import DataSet, pop-up window, select image data import, as shown in.
Double-click the imported image data to display as.
iv. Image Processing
since the downloader automatically filters out the images outside the border, the map without maps is black and looks ugly. The workaround is to use the Layer Control feature provided by SUPERMAP, set the invalid value to the background color, and then transparently display the background color as shown in.
after the SUPERMAP6 version, you can select the image parameter in the Layer manager and set the transparent color (this is similar to ArcGIS, Mapgis).
after clicking "Apply", complete the settings, the background becomes transparent, the effect as shown.
Now, the image is displayed in Supermap and freely scaled to overlay the data.
